Detailed Overview

LAOS Network is the first Layer-1 blockchain connected without bridges to Ethereum, Polygon and other major ecosystems. It has the goal of becoming the protocol used to offload more than 20% of all their transactions. Unlike standard Layer-2 protocols, LAOS bridgeless technology allows DApps and their users to remain in the blockchain of their choice, not forcing users to migrate to empty chains, nor wrap their currencies. As an example, LAOS can be used to mint millions of NFTs on Ethereum without incurring ETH gas fees, while all recipients trade those assets on Ethereum, using its DeFi ecosystem and, ultimately, remaining where liquidity sits. This enables numerous possibilities for various verticals, such as gaming, real-world assets (RWA), and more, all while keeping the NFTs in the most mature blockchains where liquidity and attention already exist. Think of building blockchain representations of the ownership of every song in a record label, or every real estate property in a country, fractionalizing each into millions of shares, and allowing them to be traded globally, permissionlessly. And instead of doing so in yet another new chain that few people actually use, doing so in the most mature blockchains, where all the money, and all the attention, resides. At its core, LAOS is an EVM-compatible Layer-1 parachain, with every single transaction verified by the Polkadot relay chain.
