Direct from the in server intro: "I try to make this place a safe haven for those of us who have felt outcast by general society due to our mental health issues (particularly autism, though others are welcome!) I hope this place can give you a retreat where you can feel comfortable to be yourself, despite any social anxiety you may have, surrounded by others like you. I particularly pride myself in particularly in making sure this is a safe place for those AFAB as far too much of the internet is not. In case it isn't obvious, this is also very much an LGTBQIA+ friendly server (however there are not channels specific to that as it is othering, and every channel is an LGTBQIA+ channel. I am pretty sure that amongst the neurodiverse straight and CIS is the minority anyways!) I am almost always in voice chat from around 9 PM CT (depending when I finish watching TV with my parents) until Midnight, and am happy to help you get accustomed to greater levels of social interaction. I enjoy putting people at ease during this sensitive process and helping them feel confident enough to come out of their shells. If that isn't what you are looking for however, please know that text-only is a perfectly good way to be part of the community as well, and this is also a community for just general support and friendship!" There are organized game times and lots of channels for all kinds of different interests, and I've been told people have been to servers 5 times the size (Pretty sure that referred to ASDirect!) with less active voice chats. It is still a relatively small server though, so the activity level can still vary a fair amount depending on what is going in in people's lives.
